The Louisiana SHARP report was released on March 24th, 2011 in Baton Rouge. As reported in the Baton Rouge Advocate, the report recommends that the state pursue a Medicaid waiver to reduce healthcare costs and improve access to comprehensive care for pre-disabled people living with HIV.
