State Initiatives
TAEP and the Health Law & Policy Clinic of Harvard Law School are evaluating and documenting access to care and services in states across the country, and helping communities grow their advocacy to improve access even in these challenging economic times.
TAEP and the Clinic are dedicated to preserving and enhancing state and federal Medicaid and Medicare provisions that affect care and treatment access for people with HIV and AIDS.
